Alpha-Ketoglutarate is an effective supplement to support peak performance for athletic training. A bioavailable form of L-Arginine, AKG plays an important role in the metabolism of energy for the muscles in the form of ATP. Naturally occurring in the body, L-arginine is an endogenous amino acid which aids the synthesis of creatine and nitric oxide, particularly important for allowing smooth delivery of oxygen and nutrients through the blood stream to the working muscles. As our bodies are unable to produce sufficient quantities of L-arginine during periods of high-intensity training we need to supplement it from outside sources. A-AKG is the ideal source for providing the required levels of L-arginine and can be used to help boost performance.

INGREDIENTS: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

RECOMMENDED USE: Mix 1 scoop of powder (6 g) with 200 ml of water. Drink ½ serving before and ½ after exercise.
